Do Not Call Policy

Replace this draft with the Do Not Call template in your compliance packet and have it approved before launch. The structure matches what the packet requires a website to post, but the wording should come from your compliance department.

Our policy

Lifeway Financial Group, LLC, maintains an internal Do Not Call list. If you ask us not to contact you, we record your request and honor it. Your request stays on our internal list indefinitely unless you ask us to remove

How to be added

  • Email [email protected] with the phone number you want added

  • Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us

  • Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send

  • Tell any agent you speak with that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Call list

Please include the specific telephone number you want added. Requests are processed promptly, and in no case later than the period required by applicable federal and state law.

Training and recordkeeping

Our agents and staff are trained on this policy and on applicable telemarketing rules before contacting consumers. We maintain records of Do Not Call requests as required by law and by our carrier and Field Marketing Organization agreements.

National and state registries

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry. You can register free at donotcall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 1-866-290-4236) from the phone you wish to register. Some states maintain additional registries, which we also honor where applicable.

Existing business relationship

If you’ve asked us to contact you, or you’re a current client, we may contact you about your coverage regardless of registry status. You can still ask us to stop at any time using the methods above.
